Welcome to the Counselor's Corner!

About Me -

I am so excited to get to know each of our students and families this school year. A little about my professional background…I am a graduate of the University of Memphis. I have an Educational Specialist degree in School Counseling, a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University of Shreveport. I am a member of the Mississippi Counseling Association, Mississippi School Counselors Association, and the Northwest Mississippi Counseling Association. This is my 6th year to serve as your school counselor. I absolutely love our school and can’t wait for another amazing year!

Now, for some personal background… I have been married to my wonderful husband Randy, for 29 years and we have two equally awesome children; my son Taylor, graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Film, and currently lives in Memphis and my daughter Tori just graduated with an Accounting degree from Rhodes College and will be attending UT Knoxville this Fall to pursue her CPA degree. In my free time, I enjoy reading, laughing, antiquing, and spending time with family and friends.
